Tommy Pickles (Elizabeth Daily) must accept responsibility when Dylan Pickles (Tara Strong), his new baby brother is born. As is typical with newborns, this new addition becomes an immediate source of contention among his gang including Philip Deville's (Kath Soucie) wife Litt who dislikes them both equally; therefore they decide to bring Dylan back where it came from - the hospital. Unfortunately along the way they get lost and encounter trouble from an unexpected source - an elaborate circus. Will Tommy and Dylan find peace once more or will they ever agree upon something?
